Numerous regional specialties are featured, such as birra de chivo, roasted goat meat served with huge, freshly made flour tortillas in a rich and mild red sauce, and the mole rojo, a chicken breast smothered in piquant dark-red mole sauce. Carnitas Michoac?!n. Try it. Tender and tasty. Careful of the large green chili pepper they serve with it unless you like pain. Food came in a flash and the waitstaff was all over me throughout the meal. The hot bean dip they serve with the chips is fantastic. Go when you're hungry; you won't be disappointed

this is by far the best mexican food i have had!! i live in los angeles so believe me i eat a whole lot of mexican food, but the food here is so so so good i wouldnt mind the 4-5 hr drive to vegas just to eat here. the service was outstanding, i never had service like this, i mean they were on top of things and always had a smile on their faces, made me and my guest feel right at home. the prices are just right to! i wish this restaurant was in LA, but like i said i would not mind the drive, everytime i come to vegas i will definetly make a stop here!!

Its amazing how needy certain customers can be,when i go to a restaurant i know before hand if i like the type of food they serve, and if i dont, i go with an open mind. Now Lindo's food is the best Mexican food in town and they have the best service as well, trust me, i have been in a lot of expensive overrated places in las Vegas and Lindo's and Flemmings are the top ones.So take your family,girlfriend,date,kids,whoever you want because you are gonna have the best food. If you like steak try the Tampiquena Steak, is my favorite dish there.Thank you for reading this, JP.
