Five star Dentist. I just went in to see this dentist because i have a broken front tooth and i'm here visiting from NY. Planet Hollywood sent me there because she is the only dentist they recommend. I can see why because there was no bull about what I needed. I have a plate that's 25 years old and she took the root out and added a tooth to my plate for a minimal amount and I got it back in 2 hours. You can't tell I lost a tooth and i'm so happy I can now enjoy the rest of my trip. Thank you Dr Lowe!

Brilliant dentist. I had an infected tooth for a long time. I thought I was going to lose the tooth. The dentist saved it with a root canal. How wonderful is that!

The whole experience was positive for me and the manner in which I was treated was excellent . The staff were very friendly. The doctor cared about me at every stage of my treatment. I would highly recommend Doctor Lowe to anybody as I felt I could really trust her and her practice.

mistreats her patients. On the note of professionalism, I would say she is severely lacking in that area. I had fillings done and when I wanted to expel my salvia, she told me to "spit in the toilet" since she didn't want her sink to be dirty. Who says that to their patient? I felt very belittled and ashamed. She was also upset at me because I wanted the filling done instead of a root canal, which is higher grossing for her. Regarding her skills, I would rate that poor because she made my twist my neck to an uncomfortable position so that she can get to the tooth with ease. A good dentist would know how to maneuver around the patient so that the patient is comfortable not the other way around. Also, she clamped my upper lip in the process causing it to bleed. Not only did I walk away with severe neck pain and throbbing headache but I had a swollen lip. If you decide to go to this practice, be sure that you don't get con into doing unnecessary procedures and buying their products (such as toothbrush sanitizer, electric toothbrush, floss or toothpaste). It sure feels like I was in a used car dealership.

Best Emergency Dr.. I called the Dr. on a Sunday night because I was in so much pain and swollen. Even though I had woken her up she was very kind to me. She called in some medication and I was able to get into the office the very next day. Thank God there is a Dr. here in this town that answers their phone because I felt like I was going to die

One of the best. I have been to many dentists offices and none of them even compare to the office of Dr. Carole Lowe-Richens. When I brought my kids in for treatment the Dr. and hygienist actually came out to introduce themselves. My younger son was a little apprehensive about the whole dental visit but they made him feel very comfortable and put all his worries at ease. The office staff is very friendly, caring and understanding. For nervous pt's (like my son) the Dr. really takes her time to make sure they are comfortable and the experience is as painless as it could possibly be. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lowe to my friends and family.

I love this dental office. Due to my anxiety I really don't like going to the dentist. I went because my tooth was hurting. I chose Dr. Lowe because she advertises relaxation dentistry. When I got to the dental office, I was surprised that my anxiety level was under control due to the most friendly staff I have ever come across in any kind of medical facility. I knew they had a genuine concern about me. She gave me valium while I was getting my tooth fixed. Afterwards, I didn't feel anything at all. I was so impressed I went back to the office because I have always wanted veneers. She made me veneers and I didn't even need any valium. I was so comfortable. I was impressed by her level of perfection and how she addressed things that I wouldn't have thought about like making my front teeth look more feminine. I love my veneers and I would recommend Dr. Lowe to any of my family and friends.

Horrible Dentist. Just a bad experience overall. Won't ever go back to her again. I thought she would be a good regular dentist to go to but I was wrong. I had a crown done by her and that was the beginning of the end. Altogether, I had to go back to her a total of 5 times until she got it right and even now, I don't think she did a good job. First visit was to get the temp crown put in. When I finally went in for visit #2 to get the permanent crown, the crown itself broke in half when she was trying to put it in. It literally broke in half! When does that ever happen? That should have never happened when I paid a fortune for it! So I had to wait again until she ordered another permanent crown. I went back after 2 weeks (visit #3) and got it put in. She didn't shave the tooth down good enough that I spent the next couple of days in pain because I could not bite down and it was super sensitive. I had to go back in and have her fix it (that's visit #4). Not even a year later, the crown popped off and I had to go back for a visit #5 to have it fixed..AGAIN! Overall, it was the worst dental experience ever! The worst part was that she had the nerve to charge my insurance and myself for visit # 5 to cement back in the crown that SHE HERSELF originally did! If she had done a good job the first time, I wouldn't have had to go back so many times! Waste of my time and workdays! FYI: I have another crown that was done a good 8 yrs ago by another dentist and I have never had any kind of problems like this with it! Too bad I live in a different state because I would've gone back to that dentist and not here. And it's true, while she's working on you, she chats with her staff about ridiculous things, both appropriate and inappropriate. I don't recommend her at all. Keep looking and find another dentist!

my worst Dental experience, of my life. went to see her for a replacement filling she was located close to my home. I could not bite or eat because my filling was to high, and she refused to believe me, and sent me home anyway, after not being able to close my mouth or bite, went to bed hungry woke up the next morning and entire face was swelled up. She argued and said it must be something with my health. She refused to even give antibiotic, or even ibuprofin, for me, turned out she had cut my gums when she was working on me. While in the office waiting a man came in and I could hear them arguing, about how she had caused him some sort of problem, and she was telling him it was something wrong with his health, and he said "I never had any problems with my teeth until I came to see you" I should have taken this as a huge sign and left. but I though it was just a isolated incident. She advertises dental care for children I beg anybody who is going to have their children' teeth worked please do not take them to her. While in the chair, had to listen to her speak badly about her other dentist friends, and complain about the gift she recieved from her dentist friend for christmas, and talk about his wife, and her ex-husband. Take care.

Dr Lowe Finally got it right. I have had to have a crown replaced twice by previous dentists. For about 6 years now I haven't been able to bite on that tooth because of the pain. Well Dr Lowe again replaced the crown but with a higher grade material she called Zirconia. I never thought that I would be able to bite on that tooth pain free again. Now I am enjoying my food pain free and eating on both sides of my mouth. She also has me coming in now on a schedule and I like that. I get so busy sometimes I forget.

Top Notch Dentist. First of all, her office staff worked me straight into the schedule. I was in so much pain and had been putting it off. I thought I would have to waite until my next visit to get the work done but she just addressed my pain right away. I was so stressed out from the pain, not sleeping and the proceedure. She gave me some valium right away and explained everything. I felt so comfortable in her office. In fact, her office doesn't look like a dental office it looks like a living room. I was so comfortable and the next night I was able to sleep so good. I just wish I had found Dr Lowe Sooner.
