:(!!!. they ordered the wrong parts

My car was there for a few hours before they even started working on and I got charged for it.

Just saved me $800!. I took my car to Midas because I thought my brake pads needed to be changed. After Midas evaluated the vehicle they wanted to charge me $800 for brake pads and new front rotors. I took my car to T&M Automotive for a second opinion and as it turns out, my brake pads are still at 50% and my rotors are fine!

Grateful for an honest and professional experience!

Throw your money in the trash!. I really think they just know American cars. If you take your car in for something major BEWARE! Really bad taste in my mouth.

So Happy To Have Found An Honest Mechanic!. After I took my car in to another shop for an oil change and was told I needed $350 in work which included $120 to change my air filter, I decided to get a second opinion. I changed the air filter myself for $5, and the guys at T & M fixed the leak I had for less than half of what the other place tried to charge. They also informed me that 2 of the other things I supposedly "needed" were unnecessary even though I told them to go ahead and do it if it was really necessary. My roommates have been going here for years, and trust them 100%. I'm glad I finally took their advice and went myself.

Inferior Parts and No Customer Service. I have been a customer for many years and through two vehicles. Unfortunately, when a part they installed failed in less than a year (confirmed by Nick at T & M as well as an independent mechanic), Nick admitted the part was faulty, but would not stand behind his part nor his labor. They use inferior parts and then do not stand behind them when they fail. Disappointing.

Finally, An Honest Mechanic. I have been going to T & M for years and they have always been very fair and extremely honest. When my mother in law's a/c went out on her car, she went to other places to get estimates for around $1200-$1300. They told her she needed a new air compressor unit. I told her not to do anything until she went to T & M first. She did and they told her it was just an O ring (I think that's what it's called). She left there for around $200 and a cold blowing a/c. I have and well continue to refer any car related business to T & M.

Absolutely the BEST. I stated using T&M nearly 20 years ago, when they provided the service on fleet vehicles for my employer. I'll never use anyone else for my personal vehicles. Unlike some mechanics, T&M will tell you if something's not worth fixing or doesn't NEED to be fixed. They've also done some miraculous work keeping an "awfully tired" vehicle safely on the road long past its expiration date.

They fix things right the FIRST time. If they tell you something is wrong with your vehicle, you can take it to the bank that it's the truth and not some scam to get more money out of the customers.

T&M Automotive. I have used these guys since before they move to the present location, and boy am I lucky!! There are so many service providers in Las Vegas and many are con artists and cheats, not these guys. Honest, fair work at a good price, family run business that's looking out for you.
