Ripped OFF!. So mad...took my Shar-pei mix Max for allergies issues,as soon as the vet came in...did not say hello...what makes you think he has allergies?She went on telling me to read labels for his diet on and on making me feel like an imbecile! I have been going there since 2005,told them today was the last day I would never bring my dogs back,they are money hungry...not dogs lovers,a few years ago,did not realize they did not accept checks,had no cash,0 balance at the bank,they kept my dog overnight as a deposit till I paid them the next day! Stay away people!

Absolutley Appaling. My father recently took his Miniature Schnauzer, Keely, to this office when she began throwing up excessively, and there was blood in her urine. The Dr. determined that she had 3 very large bladder stones, and would have to have surgery to have them removed. The surgery was going to cost over $900. My father nor myself have this kind of money just lying around, and knowing very well that no one would allow a surgery to be done and have payments be made on it, he asked one of the representatives (the one that handles the financial part of it) if it would be possible to begin making payments until the balance was paid in full, and then have the surgery done. This woman completely refused. Said it couldn’t be done, which I find absolutely appalling. The nurses and Dr. were nothing but nice, but this woman was totally out of line. Not only did she cause this company to lose a customer, my father's dog is in serious condition and may not even make it long enough for us to find another vet. Its ridiculous. We would not expect them to do the surgery until the balance was paid in full. I say, use caution before using this business. It's a shame.
