Best dentist in Vegas. I was so impressed with Norma and her staff. They have a no-nonsense attitude. I have been to many other dentists in this town and everytime been bombarded with presentations and upsells before they even knew what my problem was...!! I went into Burnley Dental Group to have my front tooth worked on and to have a 'cap' placed on top of my tooth. I told her what I needed doing and she said Ok and started working on it immediately...!! The work she did was OUTSTANDING.

They made a client for life out of me and I would and have recommended them to everyone I know...

Great work guys keep it up.

TERRIBLE Customer Service, Highly Dissatisfied First Time Customer. The work done in the office was not bad. I went in in early April with a specific problem which I actually wanted to have fixed quickly. Well the dental assistant ran the XRays OK and the Dentist himself 'tested' the teeth quite well actually. Here's where it gets tricky - It was my first visit there so I had just given them my insurance info. Despite repeated calls to this office, I have as yet not heard back as to whether or not the insurance is OK. This is ludicruous as I have NEVER had issue with insurance before. Beyond this, they have made virtually no effort to contact me and keep me updated at all.

I cannot, therefore, say that the dentist is incompetent nor that their procedural work is poor, but I can certainly say the office itself is rude, thoughtless, incompetent, and does not work. Avoid as a new customer, as getting things rolling seems impossible!
