Unprofessional, Rude, RACIST Owned Company

When I walked into the office, the ladies in there were RUDE. there were no customers at the time waiting, but I had to wait 15 minutes for Elissa to take a look at my car, because she was running around playing with her daughter.

She finally saw my car, and gave me a quote. I went ahead and signed the paperwork and paid half down.

I was told it would be ready in 3 days...

I called on day 3 to check in on my car, and the lady that answered the phone was very rude, and unhelpful.

She put me on hold where I waited for 10 minutes to hear the status of my car.

It was not yet ready. I was told I could pick it up tomorrow because they just finished painting it.

So I went in the next day in the evening to pick it up and Elissa was very rude to me this time, i sat in the office for about 2 hrs waiting to get my car only to find out that it was NOT yet ready.

I complained and Elissa told me that she would get around to my car when they had time.

While waiting in the office for my ride, a caucasian woman walked in, who apparently had dropped off her car 2 days earlier for a full paint job. she picked up her car and the ladies in the office were very nice and accommodating to her, unlike they were to me.

Finally on the 7th day of my car being there, I picked up my car.... The paint was crap, there was dirt in the car and overspray on the door handles, tires, and even the interior! When I brought this to Elissas attention she said she was not liable for the overspray, and I should ask one of my 'homies' to detail my car.

Needless to say I will NOT be referring this company, nor will I be going back.

A auto body shop is not a place for children, with all the chemicals and tools laying aorund, it is unsafe and hazardous.

Dont use this company!

Great Work

I had my car in an accident and I took my car to this shop. They explained everything to me so I could understand, unlike the insurance company. They arranged the rental and I got my car back quickly and looking like new. I would suggest everyone go see Adam and Elissa at this shop.

Horrible work, if you like your car keep driving to a real body shop!

These p.o.s's re-sprayed my car. They left the car dirty before spraying the paint and clear coat. They never wet sanded or buffed the car in order to blend the paint. Now the work they did has begun peeling and pitting and this only after one day! The owner Bill was rude and his comment was "well it looks better then before." My car is now runined and it is going to cost me an additional $1700.00 to have the work done right by a REAL paint and body shop. I know this review will not make him lose any sleep but if enough people read it then maybe it will have some recourse. Best advice is to never bring your car to Bill, Adam and the Same Day Paint and Body team.
