Editorial Review for Four Seasons Hotel – by Gayot.com
The Scene
This posh hotel occupies the top four floors of Mandalay Bay and offers its guests reciprocal privileges at the larger resort. Given the white-gloved service and understated yet elegant rooms and suites, it's hard to believe you're in the same complex as the dynamic Mandalay Bay. Only a private entrance and quiet vestibule separate one hotel from the other.
The Details
In this haven you'll find a serene lobby lounge, one of the best spas on the Strip and a gorgeous tranquil pool with complimentary private cabanas. The 338 guest rooms and 86 suites feature plush bathrobes, children's amenities and L'Occitane bathroom amenities (Bulgari in the suites). Dining includes the lovely Verandah for indoor/outdoor meals plus high tea every afternoon. There's also a kosher kitchen and the Four Seasons Catering to You department. The meeting and function center hosts many prestigious events, including parties and weddings of the valley's movers and shakers.

User Reviews for Four Seasons Hotel

When I heard about it -- a Four Seasons that occupies a number of floors in the Mandalay Bay hotel -- it sounded odd, and I wasn't sure if the hotel would have the same feel as other Four Seasons hotels. My doubts disappeared as soon as I stepped out of the taxi into the quiet, smoke free, slot-machine free lobby. I probably appreciated the service and the amenities of the Four Seasons in Las Vegas more than in any other city. After a few crazy nights, I seriously NEEDED chilled cucumbers for my eyes while I was laying at the pool.

I am so pleased to say that the staff at The Four Seasons could NOT have been more pleasant. We had such a lovely time there. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We had 2 parcels delivered from out of town during our stay and they were delivered to our room in a timely manner. Every staff member we had contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The housekeeping staff was top notch - very attentive to the room and very thoughtful with the turndown service. Each evening our bed was turned down, lights dimmed - and soft music and lovely video's of nature were tuned in on the very large plasma television awaiting our return to the hotel. The concierge was helpful to arrange meals, suggest restaurants, give directions and arrange transportation. The staff was truly friendly, from the General Manager to the kind man who was busily painting miniscule scuff marks on the baseboards in the hallway. Room service was wonderful and extremely prompt. The meals we enjoyed were all perfectly prepared. The fresh flowers and special touches to room service did not go unnoticed. The valet service was very nice. The staff was attentive and professional. I made special notice that all staff members addressed us by name whenever they could. "Thoughtful" would be the word I would use to sum up our experience at the Four Seasons. Yes, the hotel is very pretty, the rooms are well appointed, the lobby is comfortable and well decorated...but is was truly the people at the Four Seasons who made our stay so very pleasant. The staff seemed sincerely interested in our comfort. It was so refreshing to have such a lovely experience. The Four Seasons was the antithesis of a hotel with a poorly trained or disorganized staff. No matter where we stay from now on, my husband and I will forever hold hotel experiences up against The Four Seasons in Las Vegas...It will be extremely hard for a hotel to measure up!
Pros: The Staff!
Cons: Leaving to come home!
