This place is horrible! They are disrespectful to their tenants and try to cheat you out of the deposit when you move out. You would think that being military they would try to at least work with you but they were very unhelpful. I tried for 3 weeks to get Nikki Madera to return my phone calls and finally was told, "She's aware that you've called and will call you back." I still never received a phone call. I also tried to reach Dennis numerous times and never received a call back or an answer about my return deposit. I ended up receiving a check in the mail with a lump sum of money missing and no receipts to show what they had spent my deposit on. No cleaning fees or anything. This place is a huge rip off and a disgrace to realtors and management companies that actually care! Military needs to be careful of this business if you are already involved or just stay away completely!!!

Nikki Madera and Choice Real Estate. There is a reason there are no positive reviews of this company online. Wish I'd read all the negative reviews before getting involved with Choice.

In 15 years of owning/renting/property management, never encountered anyone as unprofessional as those at Choice Real Estate.

NIKKI MADERA in particular was awful. Shockingly rude and she lies constantly.

Worst experience w/ a Property Management Co.. The property manager, Nikki MADERIT, was rude, threatening, and ugly.

I have not been confronted with such a obnoxious person in recent memory.
