Finally an Honest, Professional, On Time Florist!

From start to delivery everyone was Polite, Professional and Very Helpful, I got more than I paid for and the recipient was more than impressed with my choice of arrangement and how professionally put together it was from the awesome staff at Rain Forest Flowers. I would have paid twice as much as I did just to see the look in my wife's eyes and the expression on her face when she received her bouquet. I refer everyone who asks for a great Florist to Rain Forest Flowers.

Poor customer service and arrangement

Rain Forset Flowers was not concerned that their delivery person could not find my home and said that the flowers would be sent out again the following day. When they arrived, the arrangement was very sparce....3 roses, 3 snap dragons, daisies and some greenery for filler. The arrangement was not attractive and look as though an amateur had thrown some flowers in a vase. The flowers are already dying and I only received them 24 hours ago. I have no idea what my friend in Texas paid for these, but I do know that she has excellent taste and is generous and would be horrified if she saw what was delivered. I would not recommend or use this company.
