This place turn into a night club late nights. Most of the people who goes there are very ghetto and always cause troubles. I have heard there were shooting and people fighting many times. I drove past it a few times and always see empty parking lot everytime.

I went to SRO on two nights, 11/27 & 11/29, both hip hop nights, and the club was slammin'. I used to be a college DJ in L.A. in the early '90's, and this club reminded me of the parties and clubs we used to DJ. I would call it a "thug club" in that the atmosphere was very much like going to a house party, very laid back, no attitudes, just kickin' it. But the things going on on the dance floor was crazy. Let's just say it was "very hot in herre!" I went there with my wife (who used to be the ultimate club hopper) and we had a ball both nights. The even play "Doo Doo Brown" by 2LiveCrew! It took me back to when a hip hop party was a hip hop party.

This club seemed pretty cool until... I asked for a glass of water. The bartender who had been serving me all night told me the only way i could have a drink of water was if i paid $4 for a bottled water. He told me I needed to ask the manager. (Mind you, this is the same bartender I had been tipping very generously all night.) I finally found the manager on duty after much waiting. He brought me a warm bottled water and threw it at me. When I picked it up off of the ground and asked him why he threw it at me he grabbed the water out of my hand and told me to leave. I told him that I was drunk & that his bartender had served me all night. He didn't care. He forced me to leave anyway.
