My family took my there for my birthday on 7/16/08. We had a 5:45 res and asked for a quiet booth. No guarantee, but they'd try. Upon arrival at 5:49 we were given the table at the entrance. We said we'd wait for a booth but were scolded by Z the owner who said "you were late" and began to talk about us to the hostesses. She thought we couldnt hear. Z was as NASTY a restaurant owner as you could find. We left and would not return if it were free!
Pros: It'll be out of business soon

I had my wedding reception at the Tillerman, in the Fireside Room. A private dining experience that seated my whole party of 18 people. The atmosphere was romatic, with low lighting and candlelight. We started the meal out with a wonderful salad that you actually assembled yourself. This salad was very fresh, cold and crisp. The dinner was outstanding. We had our choice between filet mignon, salmon and chicken. The majority of the party chose the filet, it was out of this world. Our waiter assistant, Oscar, did a fabulous job making sure everyones' needs were met. All the staff were friendly and accomodating. I would definately recommend The Tillerman restaurant for anyone looking for a special place to celebrate their special evening.
