Outside the door of Red Square stands a decapitated statue of Lenin. The head only lasted a month before complaints by retired servicemen convinced Mandalay Bay to chop it off the replica of the Soviet Communist leader. Inside, however, everything Russian reigns. The red decor will match the blood rushing to your head after knocking back a Stoli. With more than 100 varieties of vodka, this is the center of the Vegas martini world.

OK...let's have this straight - there is nothing Russian about this restaurant besides beheaded Lenin's sculpture at the entrance, Chicken Kiev and vodka. Service was fine, it is just a wrong concept. Anyway, for anyone considering to open a Russian restaurant in Vegas - go for it, there is NO competition!
Pros: Attentive service
Cons: Don't call it Russian, food is lackluster

If you don't have patience to wait in line at the bar don't go, but this place may be my favorite Vegas bar. It's not very big which contributes to the waiting in line but its well worth a few minutes of your time. Great selection of Vodkas and just a cool place to check out. I have dined at the restaurant several times and I also recommend trying it.
Pros: Unique, great vodka selection
Cons: Small, difficult to get a drink
