Constant downhill trend!. This place has gotten worse and worse over time. I have been eating there off and on for over 10 years, but the present owners are the worst that have run the place. Even the white rice is not properly cooked!

If you want a terrible lunch or dinner...this is the place to go.

Worth the try. it.. I've heard bad rumors about the place, but I went there for lunch a few days ago after my co-worker told me about it and it wasn't bad at all. I'd just moved from the mid-west and they are the closest to home-chinese-food I have found here. I give them two thumbs up. The place is a bit old, but the food was terrific and the guy working there was very nice, and spoke amazingly good English. Good food, good service-communications, good price. Definitely was worth the try.

TERRIBLE - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.. I recently moved to a new apartment in the area and thought I'd order in some Chinese takeout. Big mistake ordering China Joe's. I now understand why it always looks empty when I drive by. It took an hour for delivery even though i live 1 mile from the place (though it was during lunch time, which may have been a factor), was much more expensive than I thought it would be due to a $3 automatic delivery charge, and the food was disgusting. I ordered combo fried rice, which had a strange taste, almost as if it had been fried with sugar, crab rangoon that were burned, and sweet and sour sauce that was LITERALLY watered down. I couldn't finish the meal. I've never tasted anything so poor. I've never called a delivery place back to complain, but I actually called them to tell them how terrible the food was and that I would never order from there again. If you want edible chinese food, don't waste your money here.
