Do not go to this store, I had a terrible experience. This store discriminated aganist me because I was Black with a gift card over 1000.00, the gift card was given to me as a house warming gift, do you believe they took my gift card in the back to verify it, and then came back to me and said I couldnt use it, I asked why, and the Manager Bob, couldn't give me an answer, so I called the rewards center to find out why and the rewards center couldnt see a problem with why this store would not honor the card. No problem whatsoever, so the Rewards center called the store, and do you know Bob, made up a bogus story stating that I told him that I got the card because I returned a TV? Now what type of mess is that, he just seen that I was a young women of color and assumped that the card was bogus, never shop at this BEST BUY, they will DISCRIMINATE .
