Soul less bartenders. The bartender Courtney seemed like we were an inconvenience to her. She put a fake smile once or twice but never seemed to have a personality. It was even more disturbing to find out she is a manager!? My glass ran empty several times and each captain and coke taste different like they were getting weaker and then it didn't even taste like captain? Just sayin, don't want to make accusations but if you used a shot glass then it would be more consistant. She always made them on the other side of the bar so I don't know how she was doing them. Only two out five of us ate but we both decided to never eat there again. The machines seemed really tight, although I guess we say that about most places. When I got my bill I was shocked after $60 of play I was only compensated for one drink!? I am sure like most places there is something to like about the place but I couldn't find it.

I also didn't like the position of the TV's my neck hurt after only a few minutes of watching it. I would say if you want to open a bar in Vegas go here and you will learn how NOT to do things.

Rude Scumbag Bartender Lies. Do Not Drink or Play at O'Aces! My wife and I went down to O'Aces off of Sunset & 215 last weekend. Before I loaded my wives machine and mine to start gambling I asked the bartender how much our drinks would be. She told us that if we were gambling she would "Take care of us." We both filled out a membership card and started playing.

After a few hours, I noticed in front of me was a receipt inside a shot glass. The receipt totaled $22.50 for 6 drinks. During the time we were there (6:30PM-9:15PM) I had 4 drinks and my wife had 4 drinks. Our first two were comped for us with the rest for us to pay. When I asked the bartender if this was correct she said "Yes." At the point I am upset that I just gambled $200.00 at this place between me and my wife. We give the bartender our credit card to pay for the drinks just get to out of there. When she brings it back for us to sign the total now says $42.50. She put a $20 tip without asking. DO NOT PLAY AT O'ACES THEY ARE SHADY AND LIARS!!

The bartender ( Jennifer ) was rude to me. I went there to drink and play the machines. Jennifer the bartender was rude to me. I have tried to express my concerns to management, but they are never in.

TOTALLY IGNORANT STAFF. WENT TO O ACES AT 4955 S.DECATUR BLVD AND SAT DOWN FOR DINNER.I GOT A WAITER NAME TYRONE AND HE TOOK MY ORDER AND THEN STARTED MAKING JOKES SO I LAUGHT.BUT AS TIME WENT ON HE BROUGHT MY FOOD TO THE TABLE HE HAD THE NERVE TO PUT HIS HAND IN MY FOOD AND ATE A FRENCH FRY.I GUESS HE WAS TRYING TO SHOW OFF IN FRONT OF MY GUESS.WELL I THOUGHT THAT WAS SO NASTY AND DISRESPECTFUL.PLEASE BE CAREFUL EATING THERE. I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THIS PLACE.THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT TO SOME PEOPLE I GUESS I CAN SAY VERY BIAS.

Awesome local Bar with great food.. This was the first place my wife and I checked out when moving to the area. The food was suprisingly good. Upon further visits we found the staff and the bartenders to be friendly and fun. The menu is pretty much American food, burgers, steaks... and my favorite the Reuben. But its definitely ecclectic enough to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters.

Great Food. Local bar, the best bar food (try the buffloe wings) in Vegas. Decent machines, lots of promos. Not many tourist which is the way we like it.
