More than the worse Cab company!. Me and my family were standing behind a cab at the airport getting out bags out of the trunk when the cab behind me hit me (literally hit my body) 2 times trying to pull out from behind us! He pulled up so close behind our cab and he hit me in the calf with his Malibu twice! I started screaming he just hit me. This idiot threw his arms up and unbuckled his seat belt but he never got out of the car to see if I was alright. And that may have been because my husband started walking his way! My cab driver was really cool and told me he would call the police and he wouldnt let the idiot move after that. What a company!

WORST CAB COMPANY IN VEGAS!. WORST CAB COMPANY IN LAS VEGAS! Do not call ACE CAB! I have been completely screwed by this company twice now. Almost missed an international flight because they were not showing. I called several times and they just kept saying they were on their way. Finally i called to complain and hour later after i got a ride from another CO and they told me the driver broke down. Ya right! I talked to a manager who said that her boss instructs them to make up times to keep from losing business.

CAB RIDE FROM HELL!!!. Don't ever get in this cab!!! I'm a CEO and cab driver yelled at me and tried to drop me off in the middle of no where when I asked for a ATM to pay extra fee of $2.00 fee. He stole my phone and wanted his $2.00. Had to call police to report it.

Slow drive down Las Vegas Blvd. I got a cab ride from the Riviera Hotel to McCarran. The driver took the "tourist" route down the Las Vegas Blvd. In addition to taking that congested route, he drove well under the speed limit. Can anyone tell me how many times have you seen a slow cab driver?

He drove so slowly that he managed to get caught at a few lights. Of course, it was great for him because I got charged waiting for those very long lights.

A trip that normally cost around $15 cost slightly more than $19. I guess I can be thankful that he was just dishonest. If I got lucky, I would get a scumbag who took the 215 loop road and boost the fare to $25 instead.

If you get into cab #6686, please tell the driver to drive faster.

BTW, I've been to LV many times so I know when I've been taken for a ride.

Unreliable. We called Ace cab an hour and a half before we needed to be picked up to make sure we would have a ride to the airport. When no can showed up we called them to make sure they were on the way and the operator told us they cancelled the cab because we didn't call every 30 minutes. No one ever told us to call every 30 minutes to check in! The operator just argued with us on the phone and did not offer any alternative resolution. We didn't have time to wait for another cab so we had to drive to the airport and pay over $200 in parking fees. Do not rely on this company if you need a cab, they do not know how to conduct a professional business.

Friendly Service / Comfortable Ride. Arrived sooner than I expected, and to my suprise the same driver came back later in the day to pick me up. If anyone sees Dianne from cab #4508, thank her again for me! =)

Missed our flight. Ace Cab company's incompetence cost us a day of our Christmas vacation. We called them for a ride to the airport at 3:55AM in the middle of December. They said they'd have someone right out. Our flight departed at 6:20AM. This should have given us plenty of time. We began to worry when no one had shown up forty-five minutes after we called. We called back. We were informed that no one had been assigned our job. They had our information, but no driver was sent. Twenty minutes later, we called again. No driver was assigned. By that point we were frantic. We called several more times and finally a driver (not technically with Ace Cab) picked us up and delivered us to the airport at 6:15AM. We missed our flight. We were on standby for nine hours. We finally caught a flight to Chicago where we had already missed our connecting flight and had to rent a hotel room for the night and go back on standby the next day. They made our holiday trip hell. We will never use Ace Cab again. They are unreliable amateurs.
