We called Ace cab an hour and a half before we needed to be picked up to make sure we would have a ride to the airport. When no can showed up we called them to make sure they were on the way and the operator told us they cancelled the cab because we didn't call every 30 minutes. No one ever told us to call every 30 minutes to check in! The operator just argued with us on the phone and did not offer any alternative resolution. We didn't have time to wait for another cab so we had to drive to the airport and pay over $200 in parking fees. Do not rely on this company if you need a cab, they do not know how to conduct a professional business.

Arrived sooner than I expected, and to my suprise the same driver came back later in the day to pick me up. If anyone sees Dianne from cab #4508, thank her again for me! =)
Pros: I'm a happy customer.
Cons: The call center has terrible hold music, but what call center doesn't?
