Jason Wang is a Crook but Ace Cab took care of overcharge.
I got Ripped off by Jason Wang .
Took taxi driven by Jason Wang from Mandalay Bay to East Side Cannery. I was driven the long way to hotel with a charge of $59.90. All the way there, Mr Wang complained about the local Vegas drivers and how rude they were, being he is from Los Angeles, CA. Our return cab fare was $29.10, showing an over charge of $30.80.
Ace Cab Did return my phone call and Did refund the difference of the over charge. . I requested that a disciplinary fine be placed on Jason Wang. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because of the refund however Jason Wang was in the employ of Ace Taxi and represented them as such..
Watch out for Jason Wang. He is someone that can make all taxi drivers look like crooks.…
I got ripped off. I traveled to Vegas and on my return to the airport I got an Ace Cab at the Palazzo where I was staying. I was there with 2 other couples, and since there were too many people and too much luggage, we ended up in separate cabs. I instructed the driver to take the short route to the airport (there are two ways to go and the short one is half the cost) but he informed me that there was construction on that route and we would be stuck in traffic if we went that way. I trusted him, and the trip to the airport cost me over $30.00. Upon checking with the other couples who I was traveling home with, I found out that their driver took the short route...they actually arrived at the airport before me even though their cab left after mine, and their trip was only $17.00. My driver ripped me off. I called the company to complain and was told that a supervisor would get back to me, but no one has called. Don't use this company!…

In the 25 years, I've lived in Las Vegas, today was the first day I actually used a cab. I needed to go to a doctor's office for an outpatient procedure and would not have been able to drive home. I
arrived by cab and a friend would be picking me up.
The day before, I called Ace Cab and arranged a set time for pickup. The lady I spoke to, Denise, was friendly and professional. Denise couldn't give me an estimated amount of the trip butr she did tell me the rates.
My cab was supposed to be at my house at 6am. He arrived approximately 5 minutes before the time, which I appreciated. Most important; his cab was clean. When I told him the address, he verbally told me the route he'd be taking. This I appreciated as I've heard stories about cabs longhauling. This driver was courteous and delightful to talk to. We weren't rushed and he obeyed the posted speed limit. All in all, a pleasant way to start the day.…
NO THIS WAS THE CAB RIDE FROM HELL!.
This past Saturday my friend and I got into a cab to go to our hotel from the airport. The driver sped out the airport like a bat out of hell, he then proceeded to get on the freeway and drive at
least 15-20 miles over the speed limit in rush hour traffic, ran up the back of cars, swerved in and out of of the traffic and acted out a road rage screen from a movie. He has locks in hair and acted like a Transmanian Devil.
If you see this guy think before you get in his cab!!.My friend and I got to our hotel, and I am so glad I am alive to tell this story so others can be warned.

Ace Cab sends Quick and Reliable dispatch cabs!.
The other day I was in Las Vegas and needed a cab to the airport. I called the Ace cab dispatch and requested a cab, almost losing faith of catching my flight because I had waited too long, I hoped
that Ace would be quick as the dispatcher said it would be. To my somewhat surprise, the cab arrived in just under 11 minutes, and the friendly driver took my mind off stressing about being late. I was happy to give the driver a nice tip, and made my flight with minutes to spare.
I hope that people read about my good experience here, because I know people often have to wait a longgg time when calling a cab in Vegas, but this company seems to have their system working well, and more than surpassed my expectations.
