RIPPING OFF FAMILIES SHOULD BE THEIR SLOGAN. Not only do they give you dirty homes requiring minor and major repairs but also when you leave the property they do not include you in the final walk through then make exaggerated claims of damages, charge for fraudulent repairs, and make you financially responsible for damages from previous tenants. It is clear that the money they take from your deposit is not being used to repair anything because they take on new tenants into the homes as they are. I wonder if they were audited what truth would come to the service. Of course, if you are an owner you are protected because they are making money hand over fist and dishonestly. I would never put my property in their hands if I knew they were ripping people off and I would never recommend them to a family choosing renting over owning. McDonald’s teenybopper cashiers could teach the staff at Newman a lesson or two in customer service. Brenda Newman you should be ashamed of yourself!!!!
More like high school than an office. They rarely answer the phone, take forever to take care of concerns, give you homes that are dirty, and in damaged/un-working state and the people working there treat you like you are bothering them just for calling, they look like they're going to a concert with backward caps, tattoos and sagging jeans and they YAWN without even apologizing while they talk to you??!!!!!!! Not everyone who rents from you is Section 8, try treating people with respect... Some work training necessary please!!!!
