LOVE this place.
Sushi fever is definitely one of my go-to places to go eat sushi. I especially love the special rolls they make (I can't remember a name of one) and the Screaming O. If you are in need of some great sushi, this is the place to go! It's very casual and always busy, but other than that it's such a great place.

Fantastic food, casual dininig.
After living in las Vegas for many years, Ive tried a lot of Japanese cuisine /sushi restaurants .Ive fallen in love with the food. I usually order the baked lasagna, screaming orgasm and the Just For the Halibut . wow great food.
Sushi bar is great and the chefs are as well.Dining room is lacing in ambiance. As mush as I love this place i haven't tried the Teppanyaki room. The room has No decor resulting in a lack of ambiance.Id chose a different restaurant if we are looking for a Teppanyaki room(we have many). Food 5 stars/decor 1 star.

Best Sushi in Las Vegas.
I lived in Vegas for a year and half and this place has some of the best sushi I have every tasted! Definitely order the "Screaming O" and the "Mistake #7"....they are the best. Also I might add that celebrity's have been known to dine at Sushi Fever...although I've never seen any. (My friend saw Mena Suvari there.) Also, as some other people commented, the decor is lacking and the service is a bit slow but that never stopped me from going time and time again. It is fabulous and melt in your mouth sushi!!!! Do try it!

Best Sushi in Vegas!.
Sushi Fever is the best in Vegas. The service is quick, staff friendly. Sushi is fresh! Try the Chefs Special or the Who's Your Daddy! Sushi chefs are fun, and friendly. Food served in record time. Prices are resonable too.

Best Local Sushi Place.
I am a Vegas Local and have tried ALL of the Sushi Restaurants on and off of the Strip. This one is by FAR the best "scratch" for your sushi "itch". This place is a CASUAL DINING experience, don't expect amazing decor or recessed lighting...come for the food not the scenery. The prices are fair, the vibe is lively and the food is good if you know what you are doing. My husband likes the 8 or so TV's that always have the season's major sporting events showing. The service isn't always with a smile, but your food always arrives and your drinks are always refilled. I like the free edamame, cucumber salad and hot towels.
If you are a hard core sushi enthusiast you will be disappointed because the sushi is NOT exactly "AUTHENTIC JAPANESE". Like most off-strip sushi joints, Sushi Fever is Korean owned-operated. But their fun sushi creations like the SCREAMING ORGASM (Tuna Sashimi over shredded daikon and soaked in Ponzu Sauce), JAPANESE LASAGNA, 90% ROLL, NO NAME ROLL and other HOUSE Specials are savory to say the least. For those wary of raw food, there is an elaborate cooked food menu that serves everything from Bento boxes to Kalbi. There is a tepanyaki room for Benihana style grilled dishes, but it's lackluster compared to the hype of the sushi bar. Ask to sit at Joe's station; besides making some mean Omikase sushi rolls, he is hilarious. Tip: Buy the sushi chefs a round or two of Sake to share, and tell them to go "NUTS" with their sushi and they make some pretty amazing OFF-THE-MENU creations.

Not Bad.
The sushi was fresh which is key. The service was marginal - not attentive but not bad. The entrees came before the sushi which is weak. The entrees I'd steer away from - stick to the sushi. The beer and beer glasses were very cold - a plus. The ambiance doesn't exist but the company we were with made up for that. The prices are fair. So overall it is a good spot for sushi, beer and saki.
