Da Bomb!. Visited this restaurant 3-18-06. What a wonderful meal. Had a sampler plate (pork and beef ribs, hot links). My bf had the bbq chicken. The table became very quiet once the food arrived. The bbq was fantastic! The baked beans, mac&cheese, corn muffins, cream corn we had as sides were mouth watering. The cream corn was down home and so yummy, all complimenting the food perfectly. It is the right place for bbq, and that is that. I live in LA and haven't found a place that rivals this Vegas bbq experience, so I have made it a tradition to stop here when in Vegas. Fair price for portions too.

Fantastic food!. If you're looking for some great food, terrific service, and value for your dollar then this is your place. The food is outstanding (try the King sandwich) and you'll get your food rather quickly. The service is nice and they really take care of you. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food. I'd recommend this place to everyone!

MMMMM GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!. Here is my review of Memphis Championship BBQ.

It is by far the best bar-b-que I have ever had. My family and I eat there all the time. My kids love their bbq shredded pork sandwiches, and their seasoned fries. My husband loves the chicken strips and I love all the food. The staff is extremely friendly and the resturaunt is fantastic. We go to the one out on Las Vegas Blvd. across the street from the main gate of Nellis AirForce Base. The building was just expanded as well as the parking lot.

In my opinion Memphis BBQ is better than Tony Romas, Applebees, Red Apple Grill or any other BBQ place in the U.S. Their vinegar based Bar-Be-Que sauce is to die for.
