Because of this restaurant's proximity to Nellis Air Force Base, Air Force memorabilia is interspersed with the barbecue awards tacked to the wooden walls, and Air Force servicemen are frequent visitors. But the food is the same as at other Memphis locations around Vegas. Unique appetizers include fried dill pickles and barbecue nachos. Entrees run from garden salads to smoked chicken, pork and beef. I eat at the Rainbow location.... Incredible always. If you like true BBQ, eat here. The King, the pulled pork sandwich, is the best item followed closely by the baby backs...

i ABSOLUTELY love this place! It has not only great food but the service is fantastic. My favorite would have to be the mac & cheese and the ribs. This place is just awesome! Great caterers too!
