Low life scumbags. I recently purchased a transmission from these jackoffs with a 3 month warranty. Upon having it installed, the mechanics noticed a problem with it. They offered to do the warranty work and TNH declined. They had us bring it to one of their shops. Received it back it ran for another 20 miles then broke again. Spent money to have it towed back, left at shop for 2 weeks. Told no warranty installed wrong, eventhough it was last installed by the shop they sent me to.

While trying to get them to do the rite thing and stand behind their product. The owner of this place was verbally abusive and completely unprofessional. Called my wife a c**t and a bitch asked her if she received a bad steak or had a bad experience at the movies would she ask for her money back. The answer is yes, if I get a steak that is over cooked I will send it back. And when I buy a transmission I expect it to work. Call me crazy.

The end result was Eric wanted my wife to say he did not call her those names and then he would honor his warranty. Of course she could not, and he responded with "take me to court then". I will see you there buddy.
