Horrible Customer Service!. I went into this office for a New Patient appointment. My appointment was at 10:30, and they asked me to be there at 10:00 to fill out paperwork. I arrived at 9:55, filled out paperwork, finished everything around 10:20. By 10:55 I went up to the front desk to see if anyone was going to be by to come and take me back in the next 10 minutes, the receptionist said, no, you probably wont be out of here within an hour. (I needed to be gone at that time for work) She asked if I wanted to reschedule, I asked why will it be that long. She told me that every time I go to that office that I should expect to wait between 2 and 3 hours to be seen.That is HORRIBLE. Why make an appointment then? I ignored the attitudes and eye rolling and still wasn't going to be seen for 3 hours????? unacceptable. I will never ever return!!!!
