Amazing. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for all your detailed and professional attention you paid us and our guests on our special day. The food was wonderful and we could not have asked for a better reception place or better people to organise our day.
Just awesome.
We wish to pass on our congratulations on such a wonderful wedding we attended for Stevie and Sarah .
Having the wedding here was fantastic as the venue had such beautiful surroundings.
Amazing. Just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful day you coordinated for Meagan and Nick on the 9th January 2010.Obviously when a Wedding reception is booked, there is a certain amount of 'trust' in that all will be delivered as promised on the day. You certainly did everything in your power to make the day perfect in every way.
The Best. We have just returned from our honeymoon and we wanted to send you a thank you for the brilliant (actually more than brilliant) service and hospitality we were given prior to and on our day.
very disappointed. My friends invited me to come to las vegas (i live in California) they chose flamingo, because of the location (middle of the strip) out of all the hotels. we stayed there for 2 nights. we asked for non-smoking room. when we walked in the room, very strong smoking smell hit me. We complained to front desk about that. Nothing happened. Next day, room wasn't clean, no fresh towels for all day till late night. meanwhile we been calling service desk all day. What kind of service was that. I had miserable time staying at flamingo.
Great hotel BUT... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at goo.gl/FPxYD They have some of the best hotel deals on the web!
Love the Animals!. Flamingo is a nice interactive hotel and casino, but which one isn't. They all seem to offer something but the Flamingo is special. They have actual flamingos on the property for people to watch and kids to gain a sense of excitement. The service is wonderful, rooms are clean and spacious, the view is okay (depending on what side your room is located on). Overall the wildlife theme is very cool, and the experience of staying there is worth your time.
Bugsy Siegel's desert dream, The Flamingo, has anchored the Las Vegas Strip since they started rolling dice in 1946..
In Short
This self-contained casino and resort offers everything an adventurous vacationer could want: a 77,000-square-foot casino with 1,600 slot machines, a 15-acre Caribbean-style water playground, a Wildlife Habitat, fitness center and spa, outdoor wedding venue, six restaurants and plenty of entertainment. To boo, all the rooms have been remodeled and have taken on a newer, modern look. The Flamingo "Go Room" is perfect for techies wih its iPod docking station, CD/DVD player, 42-inch flat panel televisions, electronic window treatments and wireless internet capability. The Flamingo's roster of entertainment includes: comedian George Wallace, The Second City improve troupe, Donny and Marie, X Burlesque, and Nathan Burton's Comedy Magic, an afternoon show.
This place isn't the nicest place in Las Vegas, but it is one of the most fun. I went to Las Vegas in August of 2006, we stayed at the Imperial Palace hotel which is next door pretty much. My brother in-law before we new we were next to it told me you have to go to this place. I went and it was dumpy like he said you could see rings on the tables from beer and everything else. The good is that there is a 23 hour happy hour, and they have a little person dressed in green who walks on the bar and dumps shots down your throat for tips. They had plenty of TV's to watch games or whatver else. The best part is there beer was like $1 and the blackjack and other games were like $5 hands that was really cool. I definitely reccomend going in there at least once when you're in Vegas.
Stay away unless you've lots of money...... I was at this hotel for my son's wedding- what a rip-off! The rooms were nothing more than you can get at any Best Western and it was the very most I've ever spent for a room! Further I had hair & Makeup done in the Salon and it cost $300.00-for a simple updo & makeup. I will never go bacxk and I will tell everyone who'll listen to stay away!!!
