Shoe lab: BEST service and INCREDIBLE RESULTS!!!. THIS PLACE MAKES MAGIC!

I brought in my old gucci bag, and vintage shoes- and the courteous staff, and quality of the workmanship made my old bag and shoes look brand new! I am more than satisfied with the outcome and prompt service!!!!!

It was worth every dollar I spent!!

bring in your old leather items and they will make them sparkle like the day you bought it!!!!

Great leatherwork in Vegas. I just moved to Vegas a little while ago, and a buddy of mine reccommended going to Shoe Lab. My leather jacket had a rip in it, and I couldn't even tell where the rip used to be after they fixed it. Check them out, great and trustworthy place to leave your repairs with.

Great repair shop for shoes and luggage. Shoe Lab is the most professional shoe repair shop i have been to. I went to the Boca Park location in Summerlin, expecting the store to be dingy, dusty and have poor customer service. I was delighted to see the store was sparkling clean and the workers were upbeat and friendly. I took in a pair of Marchiano heels and a Samsonite luggage piece that needed a new wheel, and both came back good as new. Overall, i was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at Shoe Lab and would recommend this to friends and family. Vegas is lucky to have you!

If you love your shoes enough to take them in for repair- DON'T take them here!. Terrible! I took in several pairs of shoes & a purse for complete over-hauls... they charged me $50.00 to fix one pair of loafers. I wore them in an office setting for 3 hours and a tear began in the bottom seam!!! I took in a purse as well that I though was broken- turns out it was an adjustable handle. They still charged me to "fix" it instead of being honest that it just needed to be adjusted!!! They also were not on time- I had to wait an extra week from the initial time they told me. Every area of service was terrible. If you love your shoes enough to take them to get fixed- don't take them here!

worst in town.. Damaged my shoes. Unfriendly staff, horrible customer service. Will never take shoes to Shoe Lab again.

Avoid at all costs!. Avoid, avoid, avoid. They will take your money and promise you everything, but NOT deliver. I brought two suitcases there to be repaired last week. I wanted them back today as tomorrow we are leaving for over two weeks. They said they would be ready YESTERDAY (Monday). We called on Monday. Nope, not ready, even though we had their paper work GUARANTEEING that they would be ready. But surely they would be ready today. NOPE!!! Yes, the one that needed only a slight repair is done, but the one that needed the entire zipper replaced, well, MAYBE they could put a rush on it and have it done by tomorrow. ARE YOU KIDDING? We will be GONE! We had used another service that always was fast and on time, but were enticed to try this because there was store on Eastern closer to our house and we had a $10 off coupon. NOPE!!! The store is heavily advertised, but not open. Not even close.

I have seen other sites that laud this place, but NOT US. I hope I can warn more people away from these sleazy double talkers.
