Gem in a wonderful metropolitan neighborhood

This property, while a bit into its vintage season, is a Gem in a wonderful metropolitan neighborhood. The onsite property manager has always addressed any concern/problem I have ever had over the years. Most important is the attention I have received as if I were staying at a resort Hotel and not an impersonal corporate run apartment complex. Lived here for years... Very Happy with the value I receive.

Avoid

Ripoff rates, mold, insects, drunks, "ladiesof the evening", smug arrogant "service", unsafe neighborhood, what else could you ask for. Avoid this place at all costs!!! They claim it's a "quiet, safe community" but they lie!! The only reason to check in here is to find an amenable atmosphere for suicide (which has happened here often). HORRIBLE ROYALE!!!!!
