worst dining experience ever.
Recently went with 8 other girlfriends to celebrate for a bachelorette party and ended up being dining nightmare. Service was incredibly slow, food was way overcooked and mario batali should be ashamed to have such a horrible restaurant associated to his name. When our entree(skirt steak with salsa verde) came out extremely salty, we asked the waiter what can be done. He started getting defensive and disgruntly re-made our dishes. No one ever apologized to us and had kept us waiting over 30 minutes to get our food out...which came back overcooked and still salty. To top it all off, they overcharged our bill by $150!!! When we asked to speak to a manager from the time our food was too salty, he never came. When he finally did, only because our bill was miscalculated, he still did not apologize. He just kept making excuses after excuses. I've never been treated with such disrespect and horrible service at an establishment such as B&B. When we voiced our distaste for their rude service and horrible food, he WALKED out on us like an immature child. The manager who should be ashamed for his childish tantrums...his name is ANDREW!
The place was fantastic, great ambience, fantastic service, superb food, very reasonable prices. We ate here late on April fools day 2006, very memorable experience, Don Rickles was at the next table, very nice man. Overall Willam B's was well worth it, if it wasn't be torn down, we'd be back.
