Cantonese cuisine worth searching out at Caesars Palace..
In Short
The elevator opens upon a foyer with a tropical fish tank built into the wall. Orchids float in glass bowls, as modern Chinese art accents the room. Outdoor tables for those who want to enjoy a cigar overlook palm trees and Caesars Palace's pool area. Creamy sweet corn with tofu soup and minced squab in crystal wrap might be followed by sauteed scallops with macadamia nuts or prawns mixed with walnuts and fruit.

A wonderful evening. As locals that enjoy making an event of dining, Empress Court was perfect. From our warm welcome as we arrived, through cocktails on the patio following our wonderful dinner - we were totally impressed. The service was superb and the appetizers, dinner, and cocktails were as close to perfection as we've seen in Vegas. We will return again and again and again!! A rare find worth seeking out - a hidden jewel!!
