Best place to eat PERIOD.. Feels like a 30$ per entree restruant for only 13$ per entree. I've been to quite a few places even shelled out 60$ at the chinese place, next to stack, and still i prefer the LUX. One of the few 24 hour restruants in vegasand definately the best late night menu. Breakfast or traditional burgers even some oddball dishes. Very friendly staff i was shocked how friendly my cook was... WOW
Great late night spot for the all night party crowd..
This place has a great menu with a large amount of choices even after midnight. We were seated quickly and had a great server. The cost isnt bad for the amount of food they give you. Especially if you eat a breakfast type plate.
The restaurant is connected somehow to Cheesecake factory which is another favorite of mine. I would highly recommend anyone in the Venetian hotel to try this for a late night bite to eat.
Eggs Benedict......simplly scrumptious. I had terrific service and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The buffet looked delightful but was craving eggs benedict. It was the best I have ever had and I try them wherever I go. Will definately eat at the Grand Lux next time I am in town. I would love to try that terrific buffet, but knowing me I will order the eggs benedict again it was so good.
great customer service. We were seated promptly . The waiter was cheerful and pleasant. He was able to recommend some excellent choices for breakfast. My husband had the buffet and really enjoyed it. The food presentation was also very nice.
Awesome food!. When ever I'm in the area of Vegas, I make sure I stop here for a meal. Almost every time I've gone the service has been good, the food is always excellent and with Cheesecake factory Cheesecake you've gotta save room for dessert. I love going here for dinner or anytime I can. I highly highly recommend it!
Cheesecake Factory's upscale sib serves pure Las Vegas extravagance..
In Short
Soaring ceilings, Venetian marble and hustling headset-wearing servers--the decor is over-the-top Las Vegas. Considering the Grand Lux Cafe serves as the "coffee shop" to the Venetian Hotel, the decor seems to suit Strip crawlers and locals alike. The menu offers whopping portions and a dizzying array of choices--jambalaya, Yankee pot roast and Wiener schnitzel, to name a few. Prices are higher, but finer ingredients and exquisite presentation are worth the extra bucks.
great food, but..... you get served by 2 waiters/waitresses. a little annoying actually. one of the waiters was good - the other was extremely annoying and committed a lot of faux pas. for example, i ordered a pasta dish and i asked for a spoon. instead of handing me the spoon or placing it on a napkin next to me, the waitress stuck in my plate!!! are you kidding me???? a little loud, too. my dining partner and i had to yell at each other to converse. otherwise, the food itself was quite excellent.
Great Breakfast. We had a great breakfast. Not the buffet. Server was terrific. We've eaten there before and it has always been good. Associates had dinner the night before and thoguth it was great too.
Great Breakfast Buffet. The breakfast buffet was really good. This included juice and coffee as well. It was a good deal because if you order juice or coffee, that is already about $4.50 each. The breakfast buffet itself was around $13. The selection was limited but some food was good. The custom made omlet bar was really good. I ordered the waffle myself and my girlfriend ordered the buffet. The omlet was pretty good and I had no complaints about it. I think it was pricey overall for breakfast, but I already expected that since it is Vegas.
Bigger than it looks. We stubled on the Grand Lux one evening and were astonished at how big it is once you get in. Rather noisy but service was friendly and attentive and the food very good. We ate there twice in our 4 day stay.
