Delightful French Cuisine. Andres is located in a beautiful room completely insulated from the Monte Carlo casino floor. The menu offers wide variety as done the wine list. The food and service are near perfection. I has the tasting menu with a wine pairing last time which was delightful.Save room for desserts as they are also superb. The second floor cigar lounge is a great way to finish a meal

Enter Andre's through floor-to-ceiling glass entrance doors that lead directly into the restaurant's wine bar. Peruse the wine list with more than 1,500 global selections or choose a flight of wine or cognac with a cheese platter in a bar accented with gold and blue mosaic tiles, silk-wrapped lighting, metal barstools with blue cowhide and four large glass bottle sculptures. In the dining room, candlelit tables topped in white linen, fine sterling silver, Raynaud Limoges china await.

The Food
Andre's signature menu items include the rack of Colorado lamb with eggplant parmesan and gratin dauphinois, the filet of beef au poivre vert with green peppercorn cream sauce and jumbo asparagus hollandaise and the Maine lobster thermidor. You'll also find sea scallops, escargots, a pan seared sablefish, roasted duck and foie gras club.
