Sad Goodbye. Blackstone's was wonderful but it is no longer open at the Monte Carlo. There is a new steakhouse opening up in it's place over Memorial weekend. Let's hope BRAND will equal up.

What a gem!. We wanted to get in at the Prime at Bellagio but it was all booked, even on a Tuesday night late November. So, we settled on Blackstone's Steakhouse at the Monte Carlo. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like royalty. Our server, Rene-Pierre, I think was his name, sorry if I'm wrong, was absolutely knowledgeable & professional. He was helpful but not annoying.

The meal itself was top-notch. The rib-eye was done to perfection, the sides were rich and satisfying, salad was fresh and flavorful. Try the cabernet reduction sauce for a real treat.

The wine list was also fantastic. Apparently they will be adding to it substantially in the near future.

When we couldn't eat another bite the chef send out an apple cobbler with french vanilla ice cream for our party of four to share. What a sweet suprise! You won't be disappointed.

Excellent Restaurant!. What a great place, and fantastic food! My meal was incredible, as was the other three people I was dining with. My husband had a 24oz Porterhouse and is still talking about it. The staff was very accomodating and service was fantastic. Would definately go back at any time!

Enjoy The Magic of Blackstones. As a Las Vegas resident, we frequent many of the casino/hotel restaurants. Blackstones is without a doubt among the absolute best. Booths add to the romantic atmosphere. Portions are gigantic. Quality is as high as I have ever had. service is both professional and efficient. The management keeps things flowing at a very efficient pace. For desert try the "tableside" Bannanas Foster. Outstanding presentation and sooo delicious. My favorite entre is the king crab legs which are split down the center lengthwise for easy eating and no mess. Also try the chicken Angelo. fantastic!!
