Night out was great. I did enjoy my night out over there; music was fine, the service and drinks were not bad at all. Really nice atmosphere.the first time we went there the line was huge, it took us almost an hour to get into the club. The next time was better .. Anyway I’ll definitely go back there again!

Really good food!. Olives is the standard that restaurants should be measured against. The food is soooo good and the service is exemplary. I am not even going to bother mentioning prices as it is relative to the quality of food and service. That said the prices are fair. I will say that I cannot eat here everyday.

Best Carppacio in Fine Dining. This is the 12th year I have been a loyal customer at Olives, a Todd English owned restaurant and I have been coming back several times a year to the bellagio located restaurant for one item and one item only...the best beef carpaccio I have ever had. As the years past the standards have been the same and the dish is mouth watering. I call myself a carpaccio conoussiouer..no place can master this dish..it's a must have with a breathtaking view of their water show...absolutly amazing..you must try this place!

Great lunch, beautiful view!. I made lunch reservations for a Friday in June at noon at Olives. My husband and I walked in, mentioned our reservation, asked to sit on the patio and were immediately seated with a great view of the fountains.

The waiter made suggestions and even told us when he thought we might be ordering too much because the beef carpapaccio was a large serving. We took his recommendation and ordered less and he was right. Not only was it a big serving, but it was the best beef carpaccio we have ever had. We also ordered a flatbread and a burger and it was way too much food for the two of us! The beef carpaccio and flatbread would have been plenty. Not to mention that the burger was just a burger, nothing exceptional.

My only complaint was that my water glass remained empty far too long and I had to ask for refills twice. Otherwise, a wonderful experience. We have already made reservations for our trip next week.

Best food and service in Vegas!!. This place is awesome, i am a local and will definately be back soon, our server was Julie for lunch and she was so sweet! The beef carpaccio was amazing and the grilled squid and octopus was great too. View of the fountains too, what more can you ask for?

Olives is the best!. Chris, Ernie & Zack are the best bartenders in the world! The Tiffany martinis, beef carpaccio & portabello flatbread are my favorites. Sit at the bar to enjoy the full 'Olives' experience.

Wonderful - One of the Best in the Hotel. If you visit Vegas, this is a must. Everything from the view, staff, food, and wine is fantastic. I have dined in major cities in the US and abroad and this rates as one of my favorite dining experiences. The only problem I had was I could not take it home to enjoy it later. The other mistake I made was eating at one of the other more expensive restaurants in the hotel the next evening, who's food was nothing compared to this. The flatbreads are divine and I must say, even after living in the south for some years, I had the best collard greens I have ever had with my meal. The fusion of flavors is excellent. I told the staff we were celebrating belated birthdays and after our dinner comes a plate of truffles with Happy Birthday written in chocolate, complete with a candle. What a wonderful added touch. Speaking of staff, attentative, but not in your face, take all the time you need, who also gave us a great wine and food suggestion. Next time I visit I will return and would highly recommend it to anyone I know.

Best Dining Experience of our Trip to Las Vegas!!!!. This was the highlight of our trip to Las Vegas. The food that we had was unbelievable. The best Beef Carpaccio that I have ever had, and deliicous salads also. For our entrees, we had a delicious Filet Mignon, and Pan Seared Scallops. Both were amazing. We loved the unobtrusive and friendly service. The server and staff were very helpful, without being overbearing. The al fresco dining on their beautiful patio didnt hurt the matter, either. I loved dining while listening to Andrea Bocelli and watching the Fountains of Bellagio. We dined in other places at Bellagio and Olives was by far the most enjoyable.

Not that impressive.. My father ranted & raved about this place and insisted we eat here. When the busser came around to fill our water glasses, he couldn't understand a simple English phrase such as "no, not bottled water" and brought bottled water anyway. Bad taste! Please hire people that speak English if you expect them to speak with and wait on your customers.

The olive spread that was brought for our bread was tasty, I enjoyed that part of the meal. For my lunch I ordered the portobello & tomato panini. Expecting it to be a light lunch, it was extremely heavy and greasy. It made me feel queasy for the rest of the day.

Overall, this place was not worth it. Not an excellent dining experience as I strive to find in my adventures in life. Next time I am in Vegas, I will certainly pass this place up.

Keep trying, still just OK. The best part about the restaurant is the view if you're lucky enough to get outside seating. You have to get there pretty early to get it, we've gone twice at 5 or 5:30 for dinner and it was already full. I suggest one of Bellagio's other restaurants so you get the food with the view. The menu is not very exciting and is lightly overpriced for what it is. The pumpkin ravioli is good, but I've never even been tempted to try anything else. Everything was just ok, not necessary to go back.
