Best beer in town.. My wife and I eat at GB on a regular basis, why, I love the fresh brewed Marzen beer. I like the decor, there is always room to find a seat, even in the bar where we like to sit. Staff is friendly and actually remember us. Highly recommend a visit here in Las Vegas. We have tried other GB's, but Vegas is the best so far.

food was great... service BAD!!. I recently went there for my husband's birthday and the food and drinks were great!! But to find someone to fill my drink was impossible... And when dessert time came along... I was disappointed... Dessert wasn't even offered... We couldnt even find anyone to even give us our check!!! It wasn't a busy night so I didn't understand why the service was so horrible...I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!

I never get tired of this restaurant.. Gordon Biersch is one of the few restaurant chains where you can eat every week, and still leave shaking your head in amazement as to how good the food is. I never get tired of this restaurant. The restaurant / brewery is the brainchild of two friends (Dan Gordon and Dean Biersch). Their dream of great food and beer came true in 1988, and is still going strong today. Propelled by their commitment to only using the freshest ingredients, and their hand crafted beer, puts Gordon Biersch near the top of the gastropub world.

Yesterday for lunch we had both the Chopped Salad and Cobb Salad. As per usual, both were fresh, crisp, and served with a smile. The salads are quite large, with my two lady guests splitting the Cobb (but still unable to finish it).

Their sandwiches and burgers are also superb, served with garlic fries (the smell of which will win you over right when you walk in). The blackened Ahi tuna sandwich is a must try.

As for me, I generally have the excellent Southwest Chicken Sandwich (Pepper Jack Cheese, Roasted Red Peppers, with Chipotle Mayonnaise on a Baguette). Yesterday was no exception. Interestingly enough, I don?t really care for their beer, even though I am a big beer fan.

Visual flair and fusion fare distinguish this upscale beer hall from smaller microbreweries.. In Short
Airy, industrial decor lends a lighter, more urban feel to Gordon Biersch than most beer halls. The bar may get crowded after 5pm, when a happy-hour crowd hoists a few pints of seasonal Bavarian-influenced beers. A menu of fusion and New American dishes include beer-friendly offerings like shrimp and chicken pot stickers, Moroccan-spiced lamb chops and the signature garlic french fries.
