The Excalibur Hotel and Casino, the world's most exciting resort, is a magical castle. The moment you step across Excalibur's drawbridge, you are immediately transported back to the mythical days of King Arthur. This distinctive property features 3,991 guest rooms, two swimming pools, five marvelous restaurants, the "Thunder From Down Under" show for grown-ups, the "Tournament of Kings" dinner show, two magic-motion film rides, dozens of shoppes, the Fantasy Faire Midway, costumed strolling entertainers, and over 100,000 sq. feet of gaming excitement.
Clean tidy room with good service. I would recommend this place, the accomodation was, on the whole, good, with great links (Monorail) to Luxor & Mandalay Bay and overpass foot bridges to New York, MGM & Tropicana. Decent buffet at an excellent price, something for everyone.
Great stay - Nice, clean and spacious room. Good with a security guard by the tower entering the elevator to the rooms so no unauthorized person got access to the rooms. Close to the airport, we took a shuttle and paid 6.50 usd, a taxi is about 15 usd to if you are a few travelling, a taxi will be easier. The pool area was great, 4 or 5 differend pools. We only stayed for 3 days, I wish we had the time to stay longer, but I will definitly come back to Vegas, its a crazy but fun town!
Fantastic – I thought this hotel was fantastic, I liked it so much I actually spent most of time there because there was so much to do. When, your in Vegas you usually dont spend lots of time in the room, so the room didn't matter too much. However, it was a great room!!! I don't know why so many people say how bad it is...it's great!!! I highly recommend it. Pools, restaurants, entertainment was all superb in my book!!!! Plus, the prices are reasonable if you're on a budget!!! A+ in my book! - Katie
Great Job – Love the Castle!! Staff are very nice..rooms clean..housekeeping did a great job..only place I ever stay while in Vegas!!!
VERY CLEAN AND LARGE ROOM – Just returned from Vegas, we stayed for 2 weeks in the Excalibur, I was very surprised by our room in Tower 1 floor 22 great views, clean large room. Very soft comfortable beds, good maid service every day. We took our 4 yr old she had a blast, loads to do and see, although the casino was smocky compared to the other casinos.Tried the buffet, it was good, the food court has plenty of variety, timeshares a bit of a pain but just walk past them, no real problem.
We would return to this hotel.
Nice clean rooms – Why spend big dollars to sleep? Excalibur, offers clean rooms, wide screen TV's (not that you watch them). The rooms are clean and the staff are always nice to talk to.
I choose to spend my money on shows and gaming, which Excalibur offers as do the 5 hotels that are joined to Excalibur by a pedway.
Staff was exceptional – I travel to Vegas every year and stay at different hotels each time. Everything at Excalibur was easy from check-in to check-out and the staff was exceptional. They were friendly and very attentive. I felt right at home. I was pleased with my room and the price was great. I will go back again for a second stay.
VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY – Nice large rooms, everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy the sites and offerings of the City. Very good Price Points, as a Special through Trip Advisor and would recommend to anyone, traveling for business and/or longer stay. Central, Bus or Taxi and Airport, near by.
Superior Hotel – this was our secodn trip to Vegas, and the Excalibur hotel was far superior to other 3 star hotels we have stayed in. Fantastic location, we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to see. Buffet is great value. The Sponge Bob ride was a great hit with my 5 year old. rooms were clean and tidy and did not smell of smoke at all (we were in non smoking rooms, but other members of our party had smoking rooms and even these didn't have strong smoke smell) the beds and pilows were comfy.
For a family vacation this is the place to stay – We went there on a family vacation and brought our daughter. She had a great time. There was lots for her and other family members to do while the adults hit the tables. The pool was beautiful and the slides were a big hit. For a family vacation with children this is the place to stay at in vegas.
