In Short – Since the first Fatburger was built in 1952, the hamburger stand has been specializing in grilled or charbroiled quarter-pounders with chopped onions, real cheese and sweet relish. Though some things have changed--like offering a turkey burger for the cow-conscious--the '50s atmosphere complete with a jazz and soul music-spinning jukebox has remained the same. Adventurous diners can add everything from an egg to chili or ranch dressing to their burgers.

- The french fries come in "fat" and "skinny." The fat ones are wide steak-style fries. The skinny ones are similar to those at other fast-food chains.

great turkey burgers

Great turkey and veggie burgers. One of the few places that serve those. Great for people that don't eat red meat but still want a burger

sure it is not my first choice for a burger in vegas but they do serve a good quality burger,it is a bit more money than most of the burger chains, but it is fresh and a good quality product, i wish we had the great burger chains back home,but we dont, just the big three.

My husband and I LOVE Fatburger. Everyone we know rants and raves about In and Out and we can't see why, hands down Fatburger is the best! Their fries are the bomb!!!!! I'm expecting our 2nd child and I can't get Fatburger out of my head!!!!! I want it all the time. I don't know what it is about their burgers but they are killer. Only drawback is they are a bit on the high side for prices, but after I'm done eating I don't ever think about the price again because all I can think about it how good it was!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!

Long wait for a decent burger

Expensive and slow for a fast food joint, but a pretty decent burger and fries, if you don't mind waiting 20 minutes. Waited for 20 minutes the two times my friends went here during our Vegas trip.
