Stage Deli is no more.... Stage Deli no longer exists. It was great the first few months it was open, then good after that. However, the restauarant is no longer open for business. Best deli now is Carnegie's at The Mirage.

Love this place. When i go to vegas once a year i plan my flight to land at lunchtime and head straight to Stage Deli for lunch. Everything is good, big portions great service prices are fair for what you get. try it i only wish we had one in Houston.

The only reason to go to the strip. I have been eating at Stage Deli for over 10 years, ever since I ate there on my first trip to Vegas. Whenever I'm on the strip and they're open, I go there and get a corned beef sandwich and matzo ball soup. Good food, great service, big portions. When I'm short on time and ask them to rush my order, they do. I only wish there was one located off the strip so I could go more often.

New York-style deli makes its way to the heart of Caesars Palace.. In Short
This mid-range deli is decorated to help the casino tourists reach a New York state of mind: Posters of the city plaster the walls and other New York memorabilia abounds. There are also great sour pickles, dills, and tomatoes on every table and side-by-side seating (reminiscent of the namesake Seventh Avenue joint). The menu features huge sandwiches, bagels, blintzes, kreplach, egg creams and kosher items.

Great food and a good deal. It isn't Katz's but it is the best we have found in Las Vegas. It is in Caesar's Palace and that makes it hard to get to but it is worth the effort if you like deli foods.

Most satisfying meal in Vegas!. This place lived up to its good reputation! Extensive menu, good prices, authentic NY deli food, large portions -- everything about it was great. The biggest problem was trying to decide what to order. They give you a great little bucket of various pickles and green tomatoes to start. I had an open-faced hot turkey sandwich with melted cheese on pumpernickel bread and a side of mashed potatoes with gravy, and I'm still thinking about it!! This place is definitely better than the deli in the NYNY hotel, which is ironic.

Real NY Dele - Delecious. The Stage Deli is a REAL NY Deli with real NY cornedbeef and all the rest you expect. I drive out of my way to go there a couple of times a month as its the only authentic NY Deli I have found in Las Vegas. I recommend a cornedbeef on rye or on an onion roll - UMH GOOD!!! Service can be a little rude (but not bad) - but then its a REAL NY Deli. Food id delicious.
