This sidewalk cafe inside the Forum shops gives the best of outdoor dining without the heat.. In Short
This mid-mall Italian eatery has the advantages of nearby shopping and great views. Despite the huge and noisy fountain beside it, this is one of the best spots in town to watch the parade of worldwide humanity that fills the Forum Shops daily. The menu features solid, consistent Italian standards. Pastas and pizzas are the safest bet, but there are also risottos, gelatos and the decent tiramisu.

Awful Terrible Pathetic Service. The food is great here, assuming you actually get it. In our party of 5, when the entrees were served, was told, "oh, we ran out of Marsala." No one ever told us that before, and as a result, we had a terrible dinner. This was after over an hour of waiting for the food in the first place. Also, don't sit by the fountain if you like talking to people at your table.

completely average-tasting food. while the location of this restaurant is really nice-in the middle of the forum mall at Caesar's, the food is really sub-par at best. the calamari isn't bad, but nothing amazing, and the seafood pasta is completely bland, if it's not undercooked as well. try a different italian place, you may pay more, but the food will at least be more palatable. by the way, the fountain you'll be sitting next to, will also drown out your voice when you're trying to speak to someone. but on a good note, the espresso and tiramisu are good.

overpriced and flavorless. The location is great -- smack dab in the middle of the Forum shops. However, the huge fountain makes it difficult to hear yourself think, much less talk to others at the table. I ordered the seafood pasta, a recommended dish, but it was not up to par. The pasta was way undercooked (and I like my pasta truly al dente), the sauce tasted like it was watered down and from a jar, and the seafood had NO flavor -- probably frozen, warmed over, and dumped on top. The calamari was good, but that was it. This place is completely overrated.

Best service. I had a very nice dining experience at Bertolini's, at first we asked for a non-smoking table but since outside sitting was for smoking, the hostess seated us right by the fountain with many non-smoking tables around us. It's a little loud by the fountain but the ambience was truly wonderful. Above-average Italian food and the service was definitely pleasing, probably one of the best chain restuarants I've been to.

absolutely bad choice. This place looks great from outside but terrible from inside. The inferior food, unfriendly service, and ridiculous price are all found in this place. We order one pizza and one recommended pasta but can't finish them because of bad taste. A family sitting in a table beside us order six entries for every member. I promise! NO ONE eat half of their entry. The mom of that famly is very mad, and then the waitor treats them coffee... Anyway, although most of restaurants in Strip are bad, this one is even worse. Try another one. BTW, this place is a real lousy place.
