My girlfriend really likes to dress up our puppies.... I don't know what the negative is about. This is a great store. They had everything that I was looking for. My girlfriend really likes to dress up our puppies, and this place had everything... bags clothes hundreds of styles of collars, etc... Their puppies were a little old, but never the less a incredible variety of puppies, and they seemed healthy and well cared for. I will definitely shop here any time that I am looking to have a good day with my girlfriend. And the next time I am looking for a puppy, I will check here first…

I was ripped off. I went to this store to get a dog bag. I made a purchase and went directly to my car where my partner was waiting. She is handicapped and could not come into the store. She said the bag was too big for my 5 pound yorkie. I went right back into the store (less than 5 min later) and was told by the manager that "they dont do refunds." I asked why I was not to told this until AFTER I paid with my credit card? They said "There are signs under glass on the counter" Those signs could not be seen as other customers had put their purchases on the counter. I asked why Chad didnt tell me that they did not do returns.

The manager asked "Did you ask CHad?" I said "of course not! It's been just a scant 5 or so min. I had to go outside to show the bag to my partner! She then blamed ME for not knowing HER store policy! She said it was my fault for not checking!?? This is insane! Then she said "We can do store credit, but we dont have a smaller bag." Basically she was going to give me a worthless credit, because NOTHING fit my dog!?? DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE They are nothing but a rip off! Now I have to go to court to get my 70 bucks back.…

Is everyone crazy?!. I'm not sure if the people here are paid to write thase great reviews or are just morons who don't care about the animals?! I went in this store on January 26, 2011 and was horrified by what I witnessed! There was a juvenile Rottweiler with the right side of his face swollen so bad he couldn't open that eye. Most of the animals were very lethargic and had yellow/green discharge coming from their noses and had feces/urine matted in their fur! The smell was horrendous! I can't believe that this place is still open for business and people actually buy things from them! Horrific! I've been to the pond and it was better than this place! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!…
