We are very happy with the service received and the beautiful ring that was made. It is truly 10 times better in real life and the picture no way captures the fire and brilliance of the ring.

Great Service! I had a wonderful experience at Frank Melaerts Jewelers. I took in a set of sterling silver earrings that had broken (extremely tiny chains that had managed to unhook, and really didn`t think they could be saved) and asked if they would be able to fix them. The lady took them to the back, and about 10 minutes later came to the front with them fixed! The customer service at Frank Melaerts Jewelers is wonderful, and they had some pretty amazing pieces as well! Would definitely recommend.

VERY affordable. Our communications were easy, and we never lost track of things. Best of all, I have a gorgeous set of rings and it was VERY affordable! I can't say enough good things about Harold Stevens. There is no reason to ever go anywhere else!

Evert thing was perfect. My wife was very emotional reflecting back on the wonderful ten years of marriage. The ring we bought will reflection on our first ten years and our next ten years.
