Not Good, Poor service, Rudely late (40 minutes!!!).
I got there on time, but the optometrist started the exam 40 minutes late, because arrived late. She didn't plan for traffic (not a good excuse, since I got there on time in the same traffic) which is totally rude.
I expect that when I schedule appointments worth 100 dollars (a lot of money for me) for 30 minutes of time, a "professional' would have the courtesy to at least notify their staff and their clients.
They did nothing really good to balance the rudeness.
So for any of you with a job, don't go there on your lunch break. And don't expect them to care that they inconvenience you.
