I love this place for quick stop to pick up a to go order (due to the tables being outside). I have been going for years and am offened by the bad reviews. I have always been greeted well & never been disapointed in the food. The pizza steak with peperoni & pizza sauce is sure to become a favorite for any average joe. As for these stuck up reviewers looking for a high class philly is like looking for a oxymoron moron because this hands down is the best spot in town for a philly. P.S. The wings and sweet potatoes fries are awesome

Pop's is kinda sleazy in its ambience, service and clientele, but I think it just adds to the character of the place. It's a cheesesteak joint, fer cryin' outloud! It's supposed to be a little sleazy. I could picture this place holding its own right next to Gino's and Pat's in Philly. Super big and tasty portions and open 24 hours. I love the peppers-- kinda briny. Yum!
Pros: tasty cheap food
Cons: ocassional long lines = long wait, take the kids only during the day time!
