I am Miss Diana. The parent who wrote the negative review about me had two twin boys who had never been to school before, not even pre-K. They had spent their childhood at a Spanish-speaking babysitter's house. They did not speak a word of English when they started my class. They had missed the cut-off for Kindergarten by more than 1 month. My class was an accelerated, highly academic Kindergarten. I taught a first-grade curriculum. The mother was informed of this when she took a tour of the school. Why she agreed to place her boys in such an environment when they weren't ready I 'll never know! She should have realized they would have to repeat Kindergarten anyway due to the cut-off, CCSD follows the rule to the letter! All the other parents loved me and I have letters of recommendation from them to prove it! The director also liked me a lot. You were the only unhappy parent. I wish we could have discussed your boys' progress during the school year so it would not have come to this!!

disappointed mother. I had my twins full day - 2010/2011 school year in Mrs Diana's class, DO NOT make the same mistake i did, she's an incompetent teacher. She had only 12 students including my 2 and was not able to have them at a Kindergarten level after 9mos., they would come home with more art work than actual homework. It was a waste of my money and a waste of time to my kids. I was looking for a full day Kindergarten instead of the half day they where zoned for so i thought this would be a better learning experience for them. Shame on you Mrs. Diana, maybe you need to go back to school and learn how to teach!!!
