Neurology Specialists 2020 E Desert Inn Rd Las Vegas, NV 89169. I would highly recommend this clinic. I take my son here often and the staff are always friendly. Doctor Halthor is my sons doctor (and the only doctor we see/have seen just for the record) and he is very friendly and compassionate and has never rushed us and our waits are usually very short. It does get alittle crowded at times but for the quality of care and having a doctor that actually seems to care about his patients is really hard to come by and well worth it any day. Highly recommended!

Staff didn't seem to care for the customer.. I called three times to change an appointment and they never returned my calls. I decided to show up in person, and two members of their staff had a stoic face while I was expressing my frustration with their answering system.

They just don?t seem to care about customer service.

I should bill you for my time!. The doctor is never on time for appointments! We have waited several times for over an hour and a half past our appointment time. The doctor is not compassionate and treated my teenager like a two year old... talked down to him... did not listen to concerns.
