Poor Customer Service. I had a package delivered to someone in this zip code. The addressee did not receive the package. I called the post office to ask about the status of the package - the delivery confirmation number will not update. I had to call twice to find out the status. The associate never returned either of my calls - I had to initiate each call. Finally, I was told the package was delivered even though the addressee DID NOT receive it nor did the tracking info reflect the delivery. Furthermore, you do not get reimbursed for lost packages unless you shipped it Express or with insurance... My company pays USPS thousands of dollars a month to deliver packages but I'll soon be switching over to UPS. If the United States Post Office continue closing it's locations, I will not be bothered. How can I sympathize with the USPS employees if they don't seem to care about the jobs or take pride in it? Good riddens. Shut them down.
