known for their customer service. I've been a loyal customer to Tiffany Cleaners for years... yes their prices can be a little high, but they don't advertise as a discount dry cleaner. They specialize in highend clothing, or really just anyone that wants to not worry about their clothes once they drop them off. I had too many experiences at discount places that did such a crap job, and it wasn't even that my clothes would sometimes come back nearly ruined, but the owners nonchalance when it did happen and lack of accountability. A friend had her wedding dress cleaned and preserved and referred me to them. I made the switch to Tiffany years ago and would never go anywhere else. The owners are always really friendly and know be my name and the front end people are always really nice- I've never had a problem with their customer service. I only have a few pieces that need dry cleaning so I don't use them on a regular basis, but if you pull up to their place, I've seen that they have a lot of trucks outside advertising that they have free pick up and delivery...this seems like it would be fantastic for career or business people that get all of their work clothes drycleaned or just find it too hard to stop by during the day. They aren't opened on Sundays which kinda sucks cause that's my off day most weeks, but still, I would recommend this place to anyone that just wants to know their clothes are being taken care of!!
NOT Couture, Mediocre, Ruined my Suit,BE WARE!.
Based on two reviews ,I called the store and inqured about the service and time it takes em to dry clean a suit , the lady told me it hakes dwo days and they are very good at dry cleaning high end products, so I drove to the store and hand em my $1100 brand new suit which i wore 4 times only and it's heading for it'd first time dry clean, the girl told me it will take five days since it's holidays, i returned 6 days after and when I was handed my suit i take of the cover and find, threads are pulled out of the suit jacket-hait and threads are all over sticking to the textile, the fiber of this brand new italian suit has been tortured to the point that the fiber is stretched beyonf it's limits on the pockets the sleve and else where, I asked them waht they did to it they told that they did nothing and that's normal for suits to become this way after 1st dry clean, they told they will remove the hair and the other thread but they wont be able to do anything about stretching the fiber that they cause nor about the threads that was being pulled out fromt the suit during dry clean, I left and came back the next day I found that my black suit has been bleached wat to much and the color of the jacket and the trousres do not mach exactly any more, i paid them for damaging my suit and left this store nad will never back!
The two blonde ladies at the counter have hatefyl attitude and i think they did this on purpose or may be tis how this store is , but if you have a high end suits do not bring to this store since they will ruin it and charge $20 for that, I would pay $50 for a good dry clean but thos store costed me $1100 the price of my suit and a very low class people to deal with!
Quality dry cleaning and service.. Tiffany Couiture Dry Cleaners is the best dry cleaners in Las Vegas. I have been bringing my clothes there ever since they opened 30 years ago and till today they offer the best dry cleaning and service. All the garments are done professionally. If I even have a button missing, it is replaced without me even asking. The owners are very courteous. You walk into the cleaners and are always greeted with a smile. The new renovations in the main entrance and their fur room are fabulous. I feel like I am in a "High End" store and am treated like royalty. I recommend Tiffany CLeaners as the #1 cleaners in Las Vegas. If you want to feel like I do, give them a try or just stop by and you will know what I am talking about.
