This award-winning restaurant chain is known primarily for its baby back ribs, but through the 30-plus years since its flagship location opened in North Miami, the family-friendly menu has expanded to include barbequed chicken, char-grilled steaks, burgers, pasta, seafood and salads. All ribs are served with one of the accompanying sauces (Original, Carolina Honeys, Blue Ridge Smokies, Red Hots, or Honey-Chipotle), and two sides like coleslaw, fries, or a baked potato.

ribs. didn't like the remodel of the sahara store, it had history and old charm but the ribs are still excellent

BBQ You Can Count On!. Tony Roma's is the best chain BBQ restaurant! I have never had a bad meal here and I eat here probably twice a month! Some nights they run an all you can eat ribs special -- a great deal when they have it. Tony Roma's has 4 different varieties of barbecue sauce so be sure to try them all. They will bring them to you in full size squeeze bottles on the table. The barbecue chicken is always moist and tender, and they have added some new salads and vegetable items to the menu too. Their baked potato soup (creamy potato soup with huge chunks of baked potato, chives, shredded cheese and bacon) is delicious! There is a reason this place has been in Vegas for so long! Yum!

Great Service, Great Food!. Tony Roma's is the place to go if you are looking for some good Ribs. It is always at the top of the list for my husband and I. Everytime we have been to this restaurant we have had the nicest waiters/waitresses. The way they treated my toddler was awesome. They fixed her up with a little plate of vegtables and color crayons. The first time I went there I asked for a Strawberry Lemonade (non-alchoholic) which they didn't have but they made special for me. I highly recommend trying this place out!
