Fraudulent sale!!! Horrible customer service. I recently went into this store in the Rio to purchase a Trevor Hoffman-signed baseball. They did not have one in the store, but told me they had one they could ship to me. I said "Great!" and paid for the ball and went home to San Antonio. A few days later, I open up the box and find a Travis Haffner-signed baseball, with no certificate of authenticity. I called the store, and they tried to convince me that this ball was indeed a Trevor Hoffman baseball. I raised the BS flag and sent them pictures of the baseball I had, and baseballs actually signed by Trevor Hoffman -- big difference. After giving in, they finally apologized for the mix-up, and said they would send me the correct Trevor Hoffman baseball replacement. I ended up returning the baseball and getting my money back, as they did NOT have a Trevor Hoffman baseball after all. I find it VERY hard to believe that this was a simple mistake. After all, they are supposed to be PROFESSIONALS with this stuff, not con artists. Additionally, customer service was extremely bad, as I had to do ALL of the calling to follow up -- they never returned any of my emails or phone messages. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS FIELD OF DREAMS STORE!!!
