A+ Communication and Service! USE THIS COMPANY!. So pleased with this company! Had an accident where the front of my '97 Honda Civic met the steel hitch of an SVU. Pushed the hood back, bent the core that holds the radiator, lights etc. in place. Stephanie, Kim and Don were professional, following through quickly on every step of the insurance claim process. Excellent communication. They phoned to let us know progress and to keep us apprised of the finish date. We had a custom paint color and they matched it perfectly (with a much better grade of paint). They even waxed the remainder of the body so the whole car looks like new.

Beware MUST READ. Don't trust them.

I had to fight with my insurance company to pay for original parts. Finally when my insurance company agreed the owner refused to work on my car. (The owner might have been annoyed with my dad, or me, or my insurance company, or all of us, but the end result is that the body shop refused to do my car repair.) I was told to pick my car up. When I did he charged me for storage of my vehicle for the entire time it was there. He accepted the car, I was going to have it fixed there, I had the insurance company agree to pay for it, the insurance company told the body shop that they would pay and I told them I would pay to have it fixed there, the owner rejects to do the repair (tells me that, my dad that, and my insurance company that), tells me to pick it up, and when I do he wants wants a storage fee. Plus he wanted it in cash, $1400. I called, spoke to the owner the morning I was goign to send the tow truck, told him that I understand that he don't want to do the repair to my car and that I was going to send a tow truck to pick it up. He said that was perfect and did not say anythgin about a storage fee or that I owed him anythign, or that he was willing to do the repair. When the tow truck showed he demand $1400 for storage and adminstrative fees or he would not release my car. If he would have said he was willing to fix it when I called him before i sent the tow truck I would have let him do the repair. If he would of said he wanted a storage fee, then I would have dealt with it before i sent the tow truck. I feel like he planned it because he knew I was in LA.

If he woud have done the repair, there would have been no storage fee.

My insurance company reimbursed me for the storage, so I was not out any money for the storage. But I still feel cheated. He did cause me to pay extra for the tow truck driver.
