LANDLORDS, avoid this place like the plague!

Company forces customers to pay cash and with EXACT CHANGE. Are you telling me a company that manages hundreds of properties with cash paying customers doesn't have a small change box or a petty cash box? Must be a horrible place to work, you get a good sense the soulless company when you pay your rent, from the people in the back you just get this entitled authoritarian kind of negative attitude. At least the receptionist is nice. All in all this place has some horrible policies, avoid it, as a landlord don't use them unless you want to have angry tenants.

I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy! STAY FAR AWAY! All it takes is one phone call and you will see how unprofessional these people are. The owner is a greedy coward. The property managers are the same way - they hide behind emails. The other employees are miserable "know it all" women who are more concerned with hearing themselves speak than actually doing their job. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and go with someone else!

This is coming from a Las Vegas local as of 8 years, Air Force veteran, mother, model, and graduate student.

I don't understand the other ratings.. I have been renting from New West Property Management for about 5 months. It was in my contract the house was "as is", but, every issue that I have presented them with, they have fixed. I have been very pleased with this company and I have never found anyone to be rude or unwilling to help. Dolores is just wonderful, and the office manager, Steven, has always treated me well.

About the renting of foreclosed homes, I did ask about that at the time I rented. They provided me with legal papers stating, on the day I signed my papers, the house was in good standing. They told me they couldn't guarantee what would happen, but the papers were being presented in good faith. In this economy what else can they really do?

I would rent again, 100%. Thanks for listening!

Bottom of the barrell, Worst of the Worst!!. It's not if your going to get screwed it's when with this rip off company.. Fact. You will not get your full deposit back. No matter how clean you leave it. They have screwing you down to a science. Easy to do when you have no ethics. If at all possible use another company. If you have been had by these bottom feeders report them to the Nevada real estate Division, maybe if all the people they cheat report them maybe Karma will come down hard on them. Believe me they deserve it.

Don't Walk - RUN!!!!. This company is very unprofessional. They do not care about their renters. Roof leaks??? Oh Well - 3 calls later it took them over 4 months to have repaired. Refer not working... Oh Well... not their problem!!!

HOMEOWNERS - you need to know how your property manager is treating your tenants!!! You are losing money - Tenants are RUNNING.

I gave notice and had paid 1st, last and deposit... They won't use any of my $3,000.00 for last months rent and now are trying to evict me................. I ALREADY TOLD THEM I AM MOVING... What a waste of the homeowners money!

I will do everything in my power to make sure NO ONE uses this company again.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have rented many properties and dealt with alot of managment companies and I have yet to see an operation run the way this company is run. They are rude and very unprofessional. They talk up a good game to get you interested in the property and tell you "oohh don't worry we will take care of these things. We want to be in business for many years to come and we are not in the practice of doing people wrong" Yeah right. That is all they have done to me and my family.

I will never sign a lease with these people again and I would advise all of you reading this to take note of my warning. All I can say is these people are scum!

Avoid this company Rents homes in foreclosure. My brother and father rented a home from these people. They had them sign a new lease and did not disclose to them that the home was in default. They have refused to return the security deposit, and since we refused to pay rent on a house that is going to be sold in a couple of weeks, they serve them with a 5-day notice to evict. We are fighting these con artists in court. They are doing this when they have $2,000.00 dollars of my fathers money as security.

The owner of the properties has multiple properties that these con artist manage, and half of them are in default, and I am sure the others are not being paid for. To protect yourself stay away from this company because if you don't you will be moving very shortly, and as stated in the other complaints about this company, they love to keep security deposits.

Don't rent with New West. I recieved $116 of my $800 deposit. I was charged $300 to have the litte 700 sq. ft. placed cleaned! I was charged $100 for a broken toilet seat (that was not broken), and $150 pressure wash of the back patio. DONT RENT FROM NWPM UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING MONEY AWAY.

Poor Management Group. Renters BEWARE!. Con-artists if you ask me. Lack of knowledge and responsibility. Poor attitudes...oh yeah...thats when and IF you ever get someone on the phone. From the receptionist putting you on hold for 30 minutes! to then calling back only to find out that the people assigned to your property are NOT IN. No one ever returns a phone call, and after signing up for a 2nd year lease, increase the rent by $300!!!

Fooled Once, never again!!!
