Have you had their cocktails? AMAZING!. I am hooked on the Spiked Ice Tea Martini. The feeling I get in there is great. Everyone is friendly, not just the staff but the patrons. You might wait for a barstool, but it is well worth the wait. Those cocktails are just one of the many reasons to frequent Nora's. Great Pizza, pasta and arancinis!

Authentic flavor, excellent service.. My partner and I took on the Valentine's Day 5 Course menu as a last minute dinner plan for V-Day, and wow we were shocked! Tucked away in a nondescript strip mall, this gem of a restaurant shined. The appetizers were tasty and well presented, two large gulf shrimp in a zesty cocktail sauce, mixed veg bruschetta, and bacon wrapped dates. The shrimp were especially fresh and tender. Course 2 was a surprisingly good antipasto salad, reminiscent of my favorite Italian spots back in NY City. For my main course, I had the Osso Bucco. Braised to perfection the veal shank wielded easily to my fork, and the gravy was perfectly seasoned and spiced, fresh sage and thyme rang through clearly. It blended well with the 2005 La Crema Pinot Noir I had chosen to bring with me (boo to the 20$ corkage fee however). My finance had the frutti de la mere, mixed seafood over linguine with fra diavalo sauce. This was a well executed dish, however they did not mention on the menu that it would be so spicy, however the seafood was fresh and tender. The brineyness of the mussels carried well into the sauce. Course 4 was a rather uninspired cheese course, they served what apparently was a hard grana or parmesan/reggiano, a young provelone, and a Italian blued cheese. The moldy cheese was the best, the other two belong on pasta or sandwiches, not with port or reisling. In between was an after dinner shot, amaretto with something I can't recall served in a molded chocolate shot glass, CLEVER!! The desert was cute, a white chocolate tartuffo (truffle) filled with vanilla ice cream around a strawberry sorbet core. Tasty, but served to cold to eat easily. Over all, the appetizers and main course, especially the OSSO BUCCO were amazing. The prix fixe was 50$ per person!! SO CHEAP!!! Atmosphere was fun and lively, a bit loud, but very cool. I will return to Nora's to sample their normal menu in the future, for sure. I would only recommend trying the wine pairing menu, if available.

Nora's Sicilian Italian cuisine. If you thought southside Nora's was excellent, try Nora's northside at Charleston and Rampart across from Boca Park. Tucked away in the shopping center's corner, Nora's is a delightful surprise as you pull open the glass door to find a glimpse of ol' world Italy through the available wines and the aroma of great Italian food! Priced to bring you back and served to perfection, the meals are designed to be shared and abound with herbs, exquisite olive oil, and breathtaking wine on the palate. Go there for lunch or early dinner and your business associates and friends will remark how smart you are to introduce them to this restaurant that will bring them back time and again! Enjoy Nora's this week or weekend...from a Greek-born and Mediterranean food lover...

great food and service. My brother knows the owner and wanted to take me there so I could experience the food I've been hearing about for awhile. The place is quaint and always busy, but the food is awesome and so is the service. I've been back several times on my own and the service is always that good, and they are really really always busy. Make reservations if you can, or be prepared to wait.

Best italian food in Las Vegas. Excellent italian food. Excellent service and quick, too! A little loud, but well worth it. This is an unexpected treat in an unexpected location.

" Stop in and see for yourself ". We came across this find by pure chance. It's a place you can overlook; when you walk in the wonderful aroma takes you in. The food is excellent !!!!

The staff is warm and friendly. We found this treasure two days before my family and I left Las Vegas! Nora's will be a home away from home with every visit.

It's too good to be this cheap.. In Short
Though it's located in a nondescript shopping center, the the line out the door at this restaurant is a guaranteed attention-getter. The visitors are anxiously awaiting authentic Italian at low prices. Everything is served by a friendly family from an open kitchen that runs the length of the restaurant. The pasta consarde (with ground olives, sardines and fennel) or putanesca (redolent of strong capers and green olives) are considered some of the best in town.

Best Italian food in town. The smell of the food knocks you over as you enter Nora's,, I would never have found it if a friend had not recommended Nora's to me. Even though it is on the other side of town the trip is well worth it.
